Vision Admission & Immigration - Web Design & Visual Design

Problem / Challenge
The client—a migration and study-abroad consulting firm—wanted a website that conveys professionalism and clarity, while standing out in a crowded market. They provided competitor examples as inspiration and expected a fresh, simplified design rooted in brand identity.

Research & Insights
Through in-depth discussions with the client and examining competitor sites, I identified a need for a layout that balances simplicity with trust-building. A fast-loading, easy-to-navigate design with bright, inviting colors would reassure prospective users and clearly communicate services.

Ideation
I sketched layout variations emphasizing minimalism and visual clarity. Ideas included using bold accent colors to highlight key service offerings, streamlined navigation menus, and modular card-like components to compartmentalize services (e.g., study consultation, immigration assistance, visa support).

Design & Prototyping
After approving a clean visual direction—including a custom logo I designed—I built wireframes and a clickable prototype using Figma. The design leveraged a bright color palette that conveys energy and friendliness, while keeping the structure uncluttered and intuitive.

Testing & Iteration
I presented the prototype to the client for review, refined user flow and content hierarchy based on feedback, and ensured messaging clarity. Small refinements improved visual balance and enhanced navigation efficiency.

Outcome / Impact
The delivered website is clean, visually engaging, and user-friendly—successfully addressing all client requirements. The new logo adds cohesion across the brand. This simplified design effectively elevates brand perception and invites positive user engagement.
